Authentication Errors

Below is a table describing various authentication error messages the web service may return.

Error Message Description
Error: Invalid token This may be returned if you are attempting to use an API Key
without proper creation of an eSign client administrative account or, if your token has been revoked.
Error: Invalid API key This may be returned if you are using an API key that is not associated with an account in the eSign system.
Error: Invalid user account information This may be returned if you are attempting to obtain a token
with invalid user credentials or there was a problem decrypting
credential information.
