Authentication Errors
Below is a table describing various authentication error messages the web service may return.
| Error Message | Description |
|---|---|
| Error: Invalid token | This may be returned if you are attempting to use an API Key without proper creation of an eSign client administrative account or, if your token has been revoked. |
| Error: Invalid API key | This may be returned if you are using an API key that is not associated with an account in the eSign system. |
| Error: Invalid user account information | This may be returned if you are attempting to obtain a token with invalid user credentials or there was a problem decrypting credential information. |
