    CONTACT TITLES

    We have updated the contact details to now include the contact’s title. Agents may select a contact’s title from a list of pre-set options appearing in a dropdown menu.   

    Titles include
    •    Mr.
    •    Mrs.
    •    Ms.
    •    Miss.
    •    Dr.
    •    Prof.

    On the Contact Detail Page, go to the “Contact Details” tile and click edit. Click the dropdown menu under Prefix and select the appropriate title for that contact.

    RECOMMENDED PROPERTIES

    Meaningful contact with your leads and clients is highly valuable. Recommended properties emails branded to your company or individual agent will provide a valuable source of compelling information and a touchpoint to keep clients engaged with you and your website.

    Recommended properties emails are based on the most recent saved property.

    Once a client creates an account and saves a property, they will automatically be opted in and will begin receiving recommended properties emails.

    Recommended properties are based on,
    •    Similar property types.
    •    Pre-determined radius from the saved property.
    •    Price range 10% higher or lower than the saved price.
    •    Plus or minus 1 Bedroom.
    •    Plus or minus 1Bathroom.

    Recommended properties emails will show a maximum of 10 properties and will be sent every Monday. Broker-owned listings are displayed first to encourage double-sided deals. Then properties are sorted by the most recent listing date.

    This new feature will not be enabled by default. Please contact your Constellation1 representative for more details and to request enabling this feature.

    Phase 2 will include the addition of recommending properties based on saved searches and recently viewed properties.

    NEW AGENT WEBSITE DESIGNS

    We have created three new website designs for agent CMS websites. The new designs are fully responsive and provide a new look and feel for your agents’ websites.

    These new designs will not be enabled by default. Please contact your Constellation1 representative for more details and to request adding these new designs enabled.

    BUG FIXES

    Emailing flyers
    We have corrected an issue with adding one or more contacts to the “To” field wen emailing a flyer from the flyers module.
